Carrine joined the firm as principal in 2000 with 25 years of tax and business experience with national public accounting firms and publicly held corporations. She became a partner in 2003.  Carrine handles tax compliance and planning for high-technology companies including research and development credits, stock option planning, extraterritorial exclusions, international pricing issues and sales and use tax planning. Carrine has also developed numerous estate and gift tax saving plans for a wide variety of unique individual and family circumstances. She is a graduate of The College of William & Mary.
